I got to the Canal Street stop just in time. (Didn’t realize it stopped in the middle of the street… of course it did - that’s where the tracks are!🙃) Fortunately I had already purchased a ticket to check out how the app worked, so a quick scan after activation, and I took a seat in AC comfort.

It was a 20 minute trip up Canal Street, then right on S. Carrollton Avenue - more commercial and less cast-iron lace. But still saw some architectural "galleries."
At the end of the line, the driver adjusted the new end station name with a twist of her wrist.
Yikes! I guess gators can be anywhere.
