I've never heard of Rinpa, so this was especially interesting.
I liked the bright colors and the organization of these twelve poetry slips below. (Is that like a bookmark?)
I Googled it and found this: Rather than just serving as a blank canvas to write on, the poetry slip in Rinpa art is treated as a highly stylized visual element, deeply intertwined with classical literature and nature.
